It is 5.08AM. Aillidh is with us still, with sats that have remained in the 70s for the night, even when moved, and a stable pulse, and pupils reacting normally to light stimulus.

Still here with my candle. I don't believe in God, but I have been awed beyond belief by the power that is generated by a thousand mothers willing the same thing. I have also been humbled to my core by the brave mothers who have lost their children but are able to post on here to support Expat.

Keep going Aillidh, draw strength from the force of will surrounding you x

Aillidh, I woke at 6am this morning and checked here as the first thing I did, and saw the lovely 5am update. And now this latest one... my darling, I continue to send you the love and strength and joy that I have when I think of my beautiful red-headed Mia. She is all the best things in the world, and you deserve only the best. xx

Well, none of them knows what to make of it all. Sats in mid-70s for hours now on 88% O, CVP fine, lactic return fine, blood pressure fine. So they are going to keep on going. We are talking to Aillidh lots, letting her know what is going on and giving her as many cuddles and kisses as possible with all the wires she has.

My 16 yr old DS just asked why I was crying , so have explained to him . He's now googling the Anthony Nolan trust to see if he can donate . I'm already on it , but as he said , every extra one , might be a chance for someone else .
