I reckon my hamster has had a stroke

It's gone all lopsided and is slow and looks odd... well.. just like a human who's had a stroke really.
Is this possible or am I being completely barmy?

We had a hamster when little, it escaped its cage one night, unfortunately my sister jumped off the top bunk onto him in the morning, not a pretty sight for such young eyes. Took me a long time to talk to my sister the murderer after that incident.
