I reckon my hamster has had a stroke

It's gone all lopsided and is slow and looks odd... well.. just like a human who's had a stroke really.
Is this possible or am I being completely barmy?

Oh and we FOUND him (nicholas Ridley - the book one) running across the road at midnight after a school concert. We thought he was a rat, took him home, no tail, bought a small cage...thus began the great hamster legend.

He used to have visions. He would suddenly stand up, arms (arms?) outstretched, as though experiencing an epiphany, then 'squeak!' suddenly and carry on with his activities.

Well you don't really expect it to be a hamster do you.
We were reckless teens. It looked kind of smallish and well, it didn't run like a rat.
It just seemed to be thinking it was a rat iyswim. But it wasn't.

Don't get me started on my parents we were quite strange kids, they were even stranger!

I am glad the hamster story has made you laugh. It does make me a bit misty eyed, those were the days...

I hope yours is Ok. She sounds very loved.

Aha see my theory is correct - name a hamster after a politician and its eyes will fall out! Told you it was common

He was a russiam campbell I think he was one of the pair called Boris and Ivan
They he may have been Omsk or Tomsk

I had a restless night after this thread last night. I kept dreaming of exploding hamsters with eyes hanging out of their heads
Anyway got up to examine hammy and one of it's eyes is very bulgy!
quite unnerving... Not sure it's always been that bulgy or if my imagination has now completely run away with itself..
funnily enough these hamsters were actually for ds2, but after about a week he couldn't touch them anymore because of their eyes. He was too frightened their eyes would pop out if he squeezed them.
He's obviously psychic poor chap!

Is this like a Hallowe'en Hammy Thread, Inghouls?

Do I need to hide behind my sofa soon?
