My very favourite breed is the Golden Retriever

I have a very soft spot for Border Collies too.

I also like Border Terriers ...they seem such joyful little dogs!

...agree that Rotties are lovely-looking dogs, very handsome indeed.

elastamum · 04/09/2009 22:35

Labradoodles!!!! Ive got two

FfreckleFface · 04/09/2009 22:39

Ours are very handsome. Girldog is very serious, and carries her large self with dignity. Boydog is daft as a brush.

Our friends have border collies and they are lovely. High maintenance though - still on the go long after mine have turned into cushions!

thesunshinesbrightly · 04/09/2009 22:42

rotties are sooooo graceful

love watching them.

2shoes, I love staffs too.
sunshinesbrightly - mine aren't especially graceful at times, although Girldog was fab at agility when we took her to classes. (Boydog, alas, just weed on the fences and chased the other dogs. Sigh. At least he's pretty.)

There is a pic on my profile of the two of them on the sofa with Bloke and the baby.

BettyTurnip · 04/09/2009 22:46

Golden Retrievers without a doubt. Hoping to get a pup very soon (if we get throught the breeder's interview!).

Have never seen Rottweilers described as graceful before...

2shoes · 04/09/2009 22:47

FfreckleFface we have had 2. they are beautiful dogs.

thesunshinesbrightly · 04/09/2009 22:51

FfreckleFface · 04/09/2009 22:51

And are awesome with children too. I would definitely consider a staff if (gulp) anything happened to the rotties.

Am adding a more recent pic of the dogs to my profile.

thesunshinesbrightly · 04/09/2009 22:53
