describe

bethoo · 05/09/2008 13:17

yes if they are constipated and straining. you can probably buy something for the constipation and some cream for you to lovingly apply to affected area!

BoysAreLikeDogs · 05/09/2008 13:17

Is not a pile.

Is an elastic band, will work it's way out with a little lollipop of poo on the end of it.

I kid you not.

i have googled cat piles, but not come up with much only cats pissing on piles of clothes.

I'd wiat and se what happens, i t could be attatched to something random like boysarelikedog said.

i will go and bump my cat thread now, can anyone give me reassurance.

maidamess · 05/09/2008 13:22

It may be a septic anal gland which requires squeezing . Aren't you glad you have pets cod?

MadamAnt · 05/09/2008 13:23

We need a photo.

geekgirl · 05/09/2008 13:24

could it be a bit of tapeworm?

mine charmingly had some tapeworm sticking out of his feline behind

never was a cat wormed so quickly

ahundredtimes · 05/09/2008 13:24

Oh fgs, an anal gland.

They are trouble these kittens of yours.

piratecat · 05/09/2008 13:25

oh yes, I forgot about anal glands, can be troublesome.

geekgirl · 05/09/2008 13:25

ticks are dark brown/blackish, not pink

BoysAreLikeDogs · 05/09/2008 13:26

Does no one believe me that kittens eat elastic bands?

All of mine did the thick one ate loads that is how I know about the lollipops

see??

Weeteeny · 05/09/2008 13:30

my god I feel queasy

ahundredtimes · 05/09/2008 13:34

Did YOU post that question BALD?

Because if you did - WHAT WAS THE PROJECT YOU WERE DOING WITH ELASTIC BANDS?

Please. Need to know.

ahundredtimes · 05/09/2008 13:41

It's such a lie too. This, 'I know how many there were because I am doing a project with them.' Liar. Not true. She knows because she counts her elastic bands, and puts them in pots and then counts her paper clips and her pins, and puts them in pots. But she doesn't want anyone to know. Project, my arse.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 05/09/2008 13:41

Nope, not me.

All of my cats ate at least one elastic band, and the boy cat was obsessed - that's how I know.

All long dead now, awwww.

Anyway, an update please cod on the kitten's status?

Oliveoil · 05/09/2008 13:43

aren't pets a delight?

[boak]

I read on here once that dogs drag their arses across the floor to itch their anal glands (or something)

fair put me off my lunch

combustiblelemon · 05/09/2008 13:54

Apparently anal glands in cats are tiny openings situated at 5 and 7 o clock to the anus. Now I'm going to clear my browsing history so I don't have to explain to anyone why I was Googling cat anuses.

Oliveoil · 05/09/2008 13:55

lol
