It's not mine. I've knocked all the neighbours and left notes through those that aren't in letter boxes. It looks well cared for but doesn't have a collar. We're just hanging out until someone comes and knocks for it.

That's a bloody disgrace!
We have a small floofy boy, and refused to leave him overnight. We even took him to DP's Mum's overnight, because we had promised to look after her Doggo.
Long story, but he viciously attacked the poor old dog! We had to keep them apart after that.
Our older girl cats were fine for 24 hours. My Mum fed them, but we wouldn't have left the little one.
He looks the same size as yours.
People make me mad!
