Abby and Lucy (parents cats but I named them when I lived at home)

DP's parents cats are called Flapjack and Moses

biglips my cats were called missy and sheba when we got them at 6 months (seems cannabally to call a cat Sheba) and then answered to those names, we changed them when we got them and they are now 8(?) and don't answer to Abby and Lucy - although Lucy is deaf so that might have an impact but I think she did orginally answer to Missy!

'cat' and 'mog' - very suitable and immaginative me thinks

LisaHy, we had a budgie named Laalaa! He was a yellow budgie and dd named him when she was two so we were then stuck with it. Sort of suited him though.

Enzo and Simba. Love the name Colin for a cat! excellent!!

Had a friends aunt at the time of the Iraq war (first one), call her cat scud because he was always going off like a rocket here and there!

I have just remembered that I gave two Russian Hamster to an ex and he called one Barry and the other something Russian, probably Boris. Anyway, Barry turned out to be a girl and had babies and they were all called Barry as well. Think they may have had numbers at the end. Ended up with a herd. Used to have an annual hamster drive to round them up.

dh has had, fluff, george, and molita (was supposed to be lolita but someone couldn't pronounce their 'l's)

in fact, we had kids so we wouldn't grow old being known as the odd 'cat' people in the street
