The laws are a mess. Words have lost their meaning. A legal lie, called a Gender Recognition Certificate, that a man is a woman, or a woman is a man, says that their ‘sex’ has changed and carries more force than a fundamental truth of life on earth that there are male and female (biological) states of being which matter. That is why the Equality Act, which allows for sex to take precedence in certain circumstances even where it discriminated against the other sex, needs to be updated to make clear that sex is biological, and never the version created by a GRC.

Gender Recognition Act to modify the operation of the Equality
Act 2010 by specifying the terms sex, male, female, man &
woman, in the operation or that law, mean biological sex and not
"Sex as modified by a Gender Recognition Certificate”
