Some Mumsnetters will have seen my threads and those of other Mumsnetters about beautiful Belfast child Noah Donohoe. At 6.11pm today, it will be 2 years since Noah was last seen alive. It was the last ever day that Noah and his mummy Fiona could exchange a hug and say 'I love you'. Then Noah cycled off to meet his schoolfriends to work on his Duke of Edinburgh Award, but he never arrived. After Noah had been missing for 6 days, his naked body was retrieved from a storm drain.

The police (PSNI) immediately said that no foul play had been involved in Noah's disappearance and death. This was even before Noah had been formally identified and a post mortem examination carried out. No date or time of Noah's death has even been given. The police are not pursuing anyone in connection with Noah's death, except for 2 adults in their 30s who were prosecuted regarding his laptop after they tried to sell it. Nobody has been brought to justice for Noah's disappearance and death. It is being dealt with only by the Coroner, the next hearing date being 1st July, 2022.

Please help Fiona by signing her petition against the police application for files in the investigation into Noah's disappearance and death to be kept secret. As many signatures as possible are needed before 1st July. Please consider whether you can also share the petition on social media, or/and contact Brandon Lewis, your own MP and the media. So I am right in saying that Fridays hearing didn’t happen then?? That no information was given to Fiona? This is so devastating for them. How can these men and so called professionals live with themselves!! Disgusting.

That's right, @Strangerthings4NW - it sounds like you've seen my post upthread on 30/6/22 at 19.28? - the coroner Joe McCrisken (see photo attached) cancelled the in person hearing days before, rearranged it to livestream to the legal team's offices and then cancelled it completely the day before. New date still to be confirmed. Anyone would think the coroner and police are playing games with - torturing, even - a grieving mother and trying to avoid her, her supporters and media attention. Shameless. Except, my own instincts whenever I see Simon Byrne the PSNI Chief Constable speaking, or being spoken to, about Noah is that he does feel uncomfortable, so perhaps there is some shame there. As you know, supporters still turned up anyway and the coroner has further damaged his reputation💙
