Some Mumsnetters will have seen my threads and those of other Mumsnetters about beautiful Belfast child Noah Donohoe. At 6.11pm today, it will be 2 years since Noah was last seen alive. It was the last ever day that Noah and his mummy Fiona could exchange a hug and say 'I love you'. Then Noah cycled off to meet his schoolfriends to work on his Duke of Edinburgh Award, but he never arrived. After Noah had been missing for 6 days, his naked body was retrieved from a storm drain.

The police (PSNI) immediately said that no foul play had been involved in Noah's disappearance and death. This was even before Noah had been formally identified and a post mortem examination carried out. No date or time of Noah's death has even been given. The police are not pursuing anyone in connection with Noah's death, except for 2 adults in their 30s who were prosecuted regarding his laptop after they tried to sell it. Nobody has been brought to justice for Noah's disappearance and death. It is being dealt with only by the Coroner, the next hearing date being 1st July, 2022.

Please help Fiona by signing her petition against the police application for files in the investigation into Noah's disappearance and death to be kept secret. As many signatures as possible are needed before 1st July. Please consider whether you can also share the petition on social media, or/and contact Brandon Lewis, your own MP and the media. I really hope that they get a New date before the summer recess, even though it’s unlikely. It’s glaringly obvious that there’s a massive coverup going on.

There isn't a Go Fund Me at the moment for Fiona, @Strangerthings4NW - one concern is that paying for the expert witnesses might result in the loss of all Legal Aid. One aim currently is to try to get the Justice Minister/Alliance Party Leader Naomi Long to help with the Legal Aid refusal for expert witnesses, but this might well be an uphill battle as she has been of no help at all for the last two years. I'm not allowed to link to it, but donations for grants to community projects in Noah's name can be made to The Noah Donohoe Foundation on Just Giving, and also Bourke Sports sell jerseys with proceeds going to the Foundation.💙

I am saddened and sickened by everything I have been reading here. This poor woman, to go through the utter pain of loss that she endures and then be treated with this utter contempt by those who might offer her some answers…how is this considered acceptable by anyone?
