I had a response from MNHQ that says just the occassionaly bump won't get it in active.

Apparently, as there could be thousands of threads being posted at once, so many don't make it to active, its the ones that have multiple posts. So many people posting consecutively.

They suggested keeping bumping it. But we need alot of people doing it regularly.

Yes, occasionally that could be the cause, when it's very busy, but that hasn't usually been the case here. Just checked and a thread was in Active with no posts since 7.18. This wasn't in Active, with 3 posts since then up to 8am. Hopefully Tech will sort it out.

He was the same age as my DS. I cannot imagine his mother’s agony and I cannot get his face out of my mind. Such a beautiful child, such a lovely smile.
