It really shouldn't be this difficult, should it, but on we go.

This has been posted before but I'm going to post it again because it explains perfectly, better than anyone else can say, just why we are doing this and need your help. It is a tough watch - trigger warning as it relates to the traumatic loss and death of a beloved child - and please give it the time it deserves to the end. It begins properly at about 3 minutes in.
