To those that asked, the Shape Zero yogs are only about £1.60 for four. I was buying 3 pots of 0% Total and 1 pot natural low fat yog and 2 packs of blueberries/raspberries a week and the cost was getting out of hand.

or we had this one last week - poor boy got into a bit of a play fight and he banged his head. He was really really unwell, looked awful and kept being sick. Couldn't get hold of mum. Finally she rang and said no she couldn't come and get him so he would have to walk home. School were not happy and said he needed to go to hospital. Finally an hour later auntie comes for him. Later on that night they took him to hospital and he was actually kept in.

Another case...

Boy has gone fishing at the weekend and gets a bite on his leg. Leg swells up and blisters - awful. Parents send him to school. Boy in pain. School ring parents. Dad comes into my reception and says to son "you had better be dying". Takes him home and tells him to get a hot bath, that will sort him out. Boy comes back next day with leg worse. Two members of staff take him to the surgery next door as they are horrified at how unwell he is. Surgery said he was perhaps an hour away from being admitted to hospital.

Bella - i am sure i have mentioned before, about when junior was poorly at school, and i was some distance from home. It took a very strongly worded phonecall from the school secretary to ex to get him to go and get her to take her to hospital (head injury there aswell)

Not so much sorted as such. But i have a pretty good idea who it was and suspect that they are the same person that caused my problems earlier this week. Cant be doing with it and i know what steps I will take if any problem arises again. Its more of a relief to not have to worry about who it could be. Any more problems and i will tell her to fuck off and grow up to her face. enough is enough. I dont do mind games and i dont like people who dont tell me how it is preferring to play mind games. IMO they are not worth being part of my life.

Soggy norma ds and i are both in pjs and going to have a games evening.

shrugs, it could only have been one of four people so was fairly easy to narrow down. I know for a fact that there is at least 2 people from rl who know who i was on here. They have said things in context that they wouldnt have known otherwise. Nothing major but a bit weird when you realise it. Dont mind too much as there is little on here that i wouldnt say in rl. Mind games are my pet hate.

Just got back from the dentist. He thinks DS2 will need braces for his lower teeth. Said he will send the referral in now as the wait is likely to be 18 months .

I asked about DS1's gap in his front teeth - now this does run in my dad's side of the family and I had braces to close the gap although it didn't close it fully. Dentist said on the NHS they wouldn't even consider it and we would have to go private. I asked him for a rough estimate (me thinking around £500) he said at least £2000 . So I said well I have lived with mine all these years, DS1 can live with his!
