I asked a student to go and look at a poster in another classroom today as I'd forgotten the detail (a flag) and he came back with a photo of it on his i-phone. It was so inventive I forgot to be angry that he had his phone out!
Thinking of asking him to come round to help me programme the dvd player..

Am off to bed. DS no longer wishes to pee in his nappy so I get woken up in the night to help him to the toilet. So need some sleep! Think I'd quite like to wear a nappy in bed myself if I could (though would not like to be incontinent, obv). What a pointless sentence! Am clearly over tired.

Iggs, I downloaded the app on my phone and then realised it was scrabble. I am so crap at stuff like that I won't even attempt to do it. DS1 likes to challenge me to a game of Scramble (tis a bit like Boggle) and I always lose which is pretty bad really against a 13 year old.

Potty training going very well

Oh that was not six hours in one stretch alice that was the sum total of the night.

Ds is back to getting up in the night despite sleep meds. must book doctors appointment to talk about meds dosage. But it really is swings and roundabouts with it. Do we increase the dosage so he sleeps the whole night through but soaks the bed. Or do we leave it where it is so that he can get up for the toilet but cant get back to sleep? Tough call really.

I am main lining pain killers, migraine meds and coffee. I feel slightly ill. think i might go training for an hour or so though. will make me focus on the boring stuff

trills - i am actually trying to persuade junior to play, as i think the relaxed time limit while playing would really boost her confidence - and she loves scrabble. Havent managed it yet though - so at least people know it is me playing
