Somehow I feel the same, ilove. And I promise not to call the name vomitacious again?

ilovemydogandmrobama · 10/08/2009 09:36

Exactly Swampster!

Besides, there is a precedent here. Pop Ins when they were relatively new, sent out free samples....

Offers, bribes -- just CAT me!

I get a full set as it was my post.

drlove8 · 10/08/2009 10:22

hiliary told me that she'd keep the costs to a minimum - to save perfectly good nappies from the land fill! So she would charge as near to cost for the popper(s) plus postage,as she could manage -so it would be different for everyone , but still not much (defo less than buying a new BBSS OR BBOS).
plus you'd get your full resale value when your ds out grows them.... bargin really. .

swampster · 10/08/2009 10:36

I didn't get a pop n gro

BaronConker · 10/08/2009 10:47

that's what I was thinking, drlove - I got the nappy for £5 as the popper is missing, but it's a really lovely choc and blue spot BBOS so I should be able to get more than that when DS3 is out of nappies, if it's got its full quota of poppers.

mumface · 10/08/2009 10:51

treedelivery · 10/08/2009 11:51

What - like new new?

Cool! colours?

JennyPenny22 · 10/08/2009 12:00

I haven't treid coolababy but have heard they are just like bumgenious! If we used pockets we would definatly have bought a few.

My brand spanking new UD fitteds came today and are absolutly gorgeous! Shame there are none others avaliable. These 2 were made for bibs and bobs and I bought them within 2 mins of them going online! .
I have one girly one, which is sooo lovely. It is made from Red soy, with a red minki inner and then a pretty cotton outter with butteflies!
I then have the "boys" one which is black and green with monsters. I obviously prefer the girly one for the girls but there was only one avaliable!
They are medium so will fit Talia. MIGHT even be able to squeeze Elouise in one. I am now trying to decide if I should prewash them. I know I should but I am so impatient!

Does anybody have anything in either rasbbery slush geleto or Tequila Sunrise Gelato? I THINK Talias medium is in the wrong minki? But don't really want to email UD till I am sure?

drlove8 · 10/08/2009 12:01

Ive ordered two babypink, one red, one yellow and a butter fuzzis.
I just checked out the coolababy nappys on ebay - they look quite good, very similar fuzzis tbh.... i also found a video report , mum on that was in lurve with them!
Mumface you must let us know when they arrive , and you are officially charged with the MN report on coolababy nappys! ITS YOUR DUTY! ..... im really really interested in this ..... lets face it £5.50 a nappy - it would be madness to ignore this!

treedelivery · 10/08/2009 12:04

Isn't the post charge mahoosive though? Are they the ones from China?

Nice nappy colours drlove8! I like butter.

drlove8 · 10/08/2009 12:15

theres a review of coolababy nappies on CNT ! said buyers sister prefered them to wonderroos! , and very like BG'S but with poppers! - has photos of baby wearing them too!

drlove8 · 10/08/2009 12:18

i think they are from china..... you get them on ebay and mostly postage is free! im beginning to think perhaps we've all missed out on something great here..

treedelivery · 10/08/2009 12:23

OOOOOOOh!

My only issue with bg is the applix. Poppers so much nicer.

OOOOOOOO

Your fluffy post sounds lush Jenny. Can we see your purchases, are the prints on line?

drlove8 · 10/08/2009 12:34

@tree!

treedelivery · 10/08/2009 13:10

Have we scared the bejaysus out of mistermoo?

I want an Issy Bear. And a Cushie Tushie.

i strugle to buy new nappies. I buy preloved all the time, often at not much less than new prices. But new just seems to.....extravagant!! Wierd!

Scotia · 10/08/2009 13:15

Tree! You just keep tempting me!

sophietom · 10/08/2009 13:26

Hi all-can I join you? Have recently started using real nappies on my 9 week old. Am using a combo of totsbots easyfit, Bamboozles, Hemp Swaddlebees and little lambs.
Have skimmed the thread and am so tempted by all the gorgeous patterned nappies you link to especially that Cushie Tushie with red animals on it - think I may have to expand my nappy collection
Would love to hear your wrap recommendations as I only have 2 patterned wraps (and 3 boring plain ones- boo)

JennyPenny22 · 10/08/2009 13:31

girly one

monster one

The pictures don't do the butterfly one justice. From the picture I would say it is nice but in the flesh it is just gorgeous!

JennyPenny22 · 10/08/2009 13:35

Welcome Sophie! Course you can join in! More the merrier!

Wraps recomendation I would go for un Upsy Daisy pul one with minki outter. Which is what DD1 is wearing today! They are about £9-10 each though and they are custom made so take a few weeks to come through. They come up small though - I am just about to sell my mediums that my 4 month old is growing out of!! She is chubby though! But that works well for me TBH as then DD1 and DD2 can both wear larges so keeps things simple!

mistermoo · 10/08/2009 13:36

tree! not scared off, just at post office sending nappies!

would love to send you (all!) a discount code, but don't know if allowed... perhaps you can contact me through the site (and sign up for the newsletter while you're at it )

treedelivery · 10/08/2009 13:39

Hello Sophie!

TheNatty · 10/08/2009 14:01
