ali yay - glad they arrived safely. I did consider actually dropping them off at your house, seeing as I don't live far away, but thought that might seem a bit stalker-esque

JennyPenny22 · 14/08/2009 12:48

Tree - please tell me your nappy arrived safely?

I got 2 more large UDNN just came! Postman came back! Yay! this means I can start selling off my WNNNs!

BaronConker · 14/08/2009 13:06

Ooh, Alibaba - don't you just love the chocolate one? I want to eat mine.. but then I am on a fat-reduction mission (refuse to call it a diet, too depressing) so I want to eat pretty much everything.

Hello again - manic moment over! Forgot was meant to be going camping tonight so have just repacked car

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 14/08/2009 14:23

Octo - Have fun!

Mistermoo - I saw that you aren't far away . I wouldn't have been scared if you had brought them - it would have cost more in petrol than the postage though I think!

Baron - it is sooo lovely. I love brown, I wear it a lot and my buggy is brown - seems only right that DS should have a chocolate nappy!

BaronConker · 14/08/2009 14:58

Alibaba - you'd love a cushie tushies in lime bubbles or bumblebee - one is brown with lime spots and the other is brown and orange stripes. Mine came yesterday and they are SO scrummy!

4andnotout · 14/08/2009 15:07

Hi everyone

I finally walked up to get my fluffy post from my neighbour and when i opened it i have been sent a free promotional itti bitti bag too I really do love Babybots!!

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 14/08/2009 15:08

Baron I did have a look at some cushie tushies - and DH thought they looked fab as well - but I have spent a LOT on fluff this month and need to calm down! They are on my wishlist though!

4andnotout · 14/08/2009 16:20

Natty-I have sent you a message on fb about the bbh's

BaronConker · 14/08/2009 18:03

[nudge-nudge wink-wink, have a look at my nappy on the for sale board smiley]

It's an easyfit. I had 5 and only ever use one or two as they're my out-and-about emergency nappy so it's never been used - Jamie likes the star ones so I always end up using them instead of the spotty ones. Plus I've got some pop 'n'grows now and they kind of fulfill the same AIO function....

JennyPenny22 · 14/08/2009 18:27

Baron - is the pop and grow bulky? I am excited to try mine when it comes, but there was somebody selling one on CNT because its too bulky? Most of our nappies are not exacty slim so hopefully we will be fine. I guess if your used to ittis then anything else seems bulky!

notcitrus · 14/08/2009 19:05

baron - missed your bbos on the For Sale board, but thanks for the sympathy!

4and - I really need 1-piece nappies without poppers, so I'm afraid wraps are out. I have trouble with my hands and need to spare them as much as possible now I'm back at work, so poppers of any sort are a bad thing when it comes to the squirming creature!

Roll up, roll up, anyone got large AIOs or pockets to get rid of so they can upgrade?

treedelivery · 14/08/2009 20:24

Welcome back Octo!

On;y just back from consultation for Hatts [18 hours ago] as J got ill there [it's on Jan 09 thread if want the story] am too tired to even type!!

Jenny - fab nappy and liners all safe and sound today. Thank you!

BaronConker · 14/08/2009 20:31

Jenny - I don't think it's bulky at all! I know some people have had some trouble with gaping round the legs, but apparently even quite big babies could do with it poppered on to the middle setting on the rise. Jamie is a big 16 months and he has it unpoppered, and I think it's fab. I got a sample to try from Octo and then bought two more. I never use it with both the boosters that you get, I just use it with the fleece one, and I find it lasts 3-4 hours which is more than any other AIO I've ever tried, except the easyfit which also lasts well. It's got leg gussets, too, so holds poo nicely. the colours are fab, mainly, I've got yellow and aqua, but I don't like the colour of the 'fresh green' one I bought - it's more like sludge green, but I've sort of got used to it now!

notcitrus - am selling my AIO Tots Easyfit...

ceb80 · 14/08/2009 20:59

Hi all
Been away for ages with various traumas but all better now. My god you girls can talk, has taken me all day to catch up on fluffy gate, cheeks and cherries (yum!)and the like!

Will be adding some nappies to the for sale board soon (wink wink nudge nudge) as Xander has outgrown all his size 1 nappies so I need funds to buy large Ittis.

Welcome to all the new faces that have joined in the last month too!

BaronConker · 14/08/2009 21:07

Everyone, have FINALLY got round to doing a review on CNT so please all vote for me. I still can't work out how you do voting and have no idea if I've even put my review in the right place as I couldn't find anything about the competition. I've done the Pop n Grow, as it's the newest nappy I've got and noone else had reviewed it. Not trying to suck up, Octo, honest! Really, really, really want a monkeyfoot bag so please all vote!!

BaronConker · 14/08/2009 21:08

OOh, forgot to say, am not called Baronconker on CNT, am called Hatesjazz!

JennyPenny22 · 14/08/2009 23:56

You can't vote yet BaronConker. At the end of the month, CNT choose the best few and then open a POLL for those ones which everybody can vote on. Think it is the 1st of the next month that they open the votes for the previous votes.

I have done a review too - for UDNN so we will be in competition with each other! Lol.

BaronConker · 15/08/2009 08:28

OH no, Jenny - people on this thread will have to choose between us! What a nightmare! Sorry, i didn't realise you'd done one too, I held off last month as I didn't want to compete with you for the nappy!

JennyPenny22 · 15/08/2009 08:51

No don't worry at all. I plan to do lots of reviews so please don't hold off on my account! We can just let everybody vote based on the actual review rather than making it personal then thats fair really. Your review looks great though - and its definatly in the right section! Hopefullyy everybody will win something eventually. And the whole point of the competition is to get as many reviews as possible on the site! I also have to review the pop and grow that I won last month, although that will be next month by the time it has been prewashed and used on both girls a couple of times. May the best review win! lol. I doubt I would win again anyway as I won last month.

I think this is only the 3rd month it has been running?

4andnotout · 15/08/2009 08:58

Morning all

Just had fluffy post a WNOS with pink minky front, brown minki back with cupcake embroidered on the back, my monkeyfoot bags OCTO they are fabby, will definately be ordering the boho large on thursday when i get some more money!

Right the sun is shining so i'd better do th enappy wash and get them out on the line.

JennyPenny22 · 15/08/2009 09:25

no sun here 4 . We did have some yesterday though.

mumface · 15/08/2009 11:37

Now the PUL layer in my large red itti has gone! Boo hoo Lewis had it on an hour & the wee soaked right thru the middle of the nappy & it's gone scrunchy. Another one to go back. Seems to be all the ones I bought in June.
Also looks like I might not get my moo moo either-problem with the wholesaler.

As for the coolababy Connor has had it on for 3 hours,so far so good. But the leg holes are gapey on him.(He's 8wks, 11lbs)He does have chicken legs!

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 15/08/2009 11:58

Just had loads of fluffy post! 2 Ittis in ivory, a huge stack of Itti inner sets, 2 mesh bags, a pair of wool shorties in red and orange stripes that are lovely, and some pairs of baby legs!
