I am selling a fushia berryplush but it is small I am afraid! Sorry!

Is usednappies easy to sell on? I NEED to clear my size 1s that we are not using now but don't want them to go for peanuts! And havent really got time to sit and spend hours listing?

JennyPenny22 · 10/07/2009 13:42

drlove - yes swim nappies are just a poo catcher. Quite gross when you come to think of how much wee is in swimming pools . DD1 loves swimming and is always in for at least an hour - she must wee at least once in this time!

Thinking about a preloved bedbug for £19 - do you know if it is worth it? Never had one before?

jenny: £19 seems a lot for a preloved bedbug. Is it nearly new, or fancy embroidery? I think they're more likely to go for around £15-16. I saw one the other day on ClothTots for like £12.50, but I think it was fairly well used. I've paid anywhere from £10 to £15 for mine. But of course, they can be hard to come by.

JennyPenny22 · 10/07/2009 17:04

It is this one

drlove8 · 10/07/2009 17:51

oooh thats nice! get it!

drlove8 · 10/07/2009 17:57

bambinex nappy soak/wash is down to £0.89 in boots ! - its fab for soaking food stains out too.! , i use it now and again when the nappies get a bit wiffy....

treedelivery · 10/07/2009 18:11

Hi all

We have big bad nappy rash here . Its almost blistered. Have put loads of egg white on and the supersoft pop'n'grow insert in her nappy as she is out for the count. It's real skin burn - from a poo that went unnoticed. Poor little woman.

Hows business Octo? Hope its good

I had a dream I set up a baby weaning food company - sending out puree and mush. Sweet potato mush on the brain as weaning has begun!

drlove8 · 10/07/2009 18:16

tree do you have any silk linners? theyre fab for healing sore bots! poor wee dd!

treedelivery · 10/07/2009 18:31

Have just bought a medium UDNN preloved from CNT. There were 2 but I was about 2 mins too late for the second one!

I am hoping to swap my WNNNs for more UDNNs if anybody is interested?

JennyPenny22 · 10/07/2009 22:01

Twoclimbingboys - Did you get the Clwt twt ok? Would be interested to know what you think of it? I am thinking about trying them at night for Talia as even though she is a heavy wetter - they are the only nappy that isn't soaked after 3-4 hours. She has got a few WNNN but I am not over keen on them and I think the UDNNs will be too big for a while .

TheNatty · 11/07/2009 10:01

first nappy

hey guys! skinny bum is in newborn wraps and various pocket inserts for now lol, when his cord comes off i will switch to pockets, atm they would cover his bellybutton and midwife said the damp could effect healing.

we have almost decided to call him charlie lol

Octothechildherder · 11/07/2009 10:37

CUTE Really lovely

Tree - yes business is good - more on the waterproof bags side which is my focus at the moment - but also very busy with my advising side and nappy network stuff. Have so many things going on need to sit down and focus on one of them!!!

My bedroom has been redecorated this week and have got new furniture - house is in total chaos with stuff everywhere but slowly getting back to normal as stuff gets put back into the room.

Am off to devon for a party tonight - octo will become childfree Octowildpartyanimal (pass out at 10pm and get full nights sleep lol)

Have a fluffy weekend!

JennyPenny22 · 11/07/2009 13:47

Anybody know the sizing of a large itti? I know they come up small but just wondering if they will fit Elouise? I bought one last night as I saw a bargain and thought I would try her with one. She is 18months and only 22lb (9th percentile). But somehow she only just about fits into BBH onesize.

GOt some really pretty wraps on the way which I am looking forward to! All WN or UD really.

4andnotout · 11/07/2009 15:57

DD3 is about the same size and in large ittis and the tabs meet in the middle, she is 21 mo and about 22lbs

OP posts:
johnworf · 11/07/2009 16:25

OMG I have the feeling my medium itti isn't going to last very long. I went off the sizes/weights they show on their website and bought the medium on the back of them. If your DD is 21lbs and in a large then this might only last until the end of the month!

4andnotout · 11/07/2009 16:46

My dd4 is still a tiny 15lbs at 8 months and wears a medium with the tabs touching in the middle, i tried her in a large but although it fitted she had wee leaks from the leg holes.

JennyPenny22 · 11/07/2009 18:34

Anybody tried bamboo flexitot? Are they onesize fitteds? WOrth £5 for a nearly new one?

drlove8 · 11/07/2009 19:22

NATTY - he's gorgeous! well done you've made a craker there ... the nappy looks very cute!, i think Charlie suits him

Scorps · 11/07/2009 19:24

had a giggle to myself the other day, got a nappy out from Mimi's new tots bots and it was made booster on the front

Shop replaced

Agree ittis look small, think mimi would need a large but happily fits size 2 tots bots.

JennyPenny22 · 11/07/2009 21:36

Anybody use bumgenious fitteds? Bamboo ones?
