lollipop - got Maia weighed today - she's 8lb 14oz, so more or less like your Elizabeth, though 10 days older (in theory though just 1 day difference!) - she's put on 11oz in a wk , so no worris about all the milk she brings up & out then, little milkvampire!!! woke up for a feed at 3 am, had pop-in booster only on and it was still partly dry, so won't bother using the boosterfor a while (miss here though had no intention of going back to sleep, just kept on smiling and chatting til I gave up at 6 and held her in bed with me, which always does the trick...)

Chellsmum · 07/10/2008 11:27

Essie thanks for the recommendation it really is great stuff. I emailed them as well to tell them .
Can I ask propably a stupid question?
When washing nappies does tea tree oil destroy the wonderoos, bumgenius type nappies? I've seen on here to add it to the final rinse with a bit of vinegar but was scared to do this in case I destroyed them.

lollipopmother · 07/10/2008 12:13

Sunflower Oh my! I thought 8oz was a lot for one week, 11oz is loads! I can't believe Elizabeth is 8lb 12oz already, she's going to be 21 and moving out of home in the blink of an eye.

Rusmum - Elizabeth is 3 weeks old - 8lb 12oz with very long skinny legs!

I am hoping that my Sandy's come today, I got them from a lady off here, paid at the start of last week so they should be here any day now .

sunflower78 · 07/10/2008 14:38

lollipop - I know, can't believe DS is already at school (though 4 is far too young imo...), and Maia makes him look even bigger!
want to stop the clock!

rusmum · 07/10/2008 16:23

my dd2 is 9 weeks and 12lb3. my eldest started school in sept , was 4 in may. you ought to see the amount of homework she gets... its ridiculous!

sunflower78 · 07/10/2008 17:38

rusmum - they've only just got out of nappies, well, actually not, DS still needs them at night! other countries they start at 6-7 and finish at same time, why can't we?!

right, off to order another pop-in, baby got some money from old aunt... lollipop - you should try one as it's the perfect fit on Maia's thighs, can only get good fit with airflow and this, rikki's always loose on legs even if tight at the waist - this is the cheapest trial pack I've found so far

Essie3 · 07/10/2008 19:50

Sunflower yes that's the cheapest - they must be too new to be really cheap. There's 10% off from the company using the mumsnet code...but then there's p&p.

Essie3 · 07/10/2008 19:51

Mothercare online also stock them.

Mad about pop-ins? Me?

sunflower78 · 07/10/2008 20:15

as soon as I sell the fluffles and the sandys xs will get the 10-pack, i think!

babyjjbaby · 07/10/2008 20:24

i'd love the fluffles but can't affrod to get anything for a few weeks
