There's got to be something wrong with my 8 week old

As the title states im really starting to think theres somwthing wrong with my 8 week old baby. He's not my first child but certainly the most difficult, and my first born had colic. He never stops crying! He only sleeps for about 1 hour at a time and wakes for 2-4hours sometimes longer, he's like this all day and night so im exhausted and obviously sleep deprived. I have spoken to my HV about the issues a few weeks ago and she suggested it could be reflux, so I tried all the methods and suggestions, and all it achieved was adding constipation into the mix. He does bring up his feeds sometimes through out the day, he tummy sometimes sounds gurgley, he constantly has wind regardless of how much I wind him, hes always unsettled and crying even when hes in the pram or car and especially within the hour after having a bottle. He has 2ounces every 2 hours.
None of this is new for him, he's pretty much been like it since birth. Has anyone else experienced this? Was there something wrong, or is this just my life now?
I have already taken him to the Dr's when he was 5 weeks old and he just fobbed me off n suggested I'm just exhausted and would benefit from a break from him 😒 I have another appointment booked at the end of the week

If you can afford to have DS checked by a lactation consultant for tongue tie. My DD's was missed multiple times in hospital and by midwives but I just KNEW something was wrong. We paid for a private consultation and sure enough she had a bad tie that we had cut there and then. Sure enough, her ability to feed (botte fed) immediately improved!

Update:

I went to the GP Friday who agreed that it was probably either reflux or CMPA and DS would probably benefit from prescription milk or/and anti reflux meds but only if i take him back in 4 weeks and hes still struggling 🤔🤦‍♀️ I argued with him back and forth for a while about this decision because I dont understand why he wants DS to suffer another 4 weeks when he could just help him now. but in the end I decided to accept thats hes not going to budge, so I have made another appointment for next week with a different GP. Wish me luck 😩🤞

Yup time for a 2nd opinion….
