I'm getting a lot of comments mainly from my mum who has always been very negative about ginger hair and she's keeps mentioning my babies hair and she's making it a bad thing
When his own grandmother is being mean (she says she's joking) about his hair colour I worry about other people being mean to him later in life
Would you say he's ginger? My first is quite dark now at 3 years old but his hair changed a lot during those 3 years

Would you say my baby is ginger ?

Yes, he looks ginger. Cute!

But at that age, mine were blonde and they’re now almost black.

His hair is clearly brown in the first photo.

Cradle cap and the scalp showing can make hair look red/orange but his hair isn't actually that colour.

Tell your mum to stfu though.

Yes the baby is ginger.
Yes the grandmother is a dick.
Yes ginger hair is beautiful.

I thought my second DD was ginger at that age because her hair had a strawberry blonde type tinge to it. By the time she was a toddler she had almost white blonde hair.

So what if your child is a red head. Why is your DM making derogatory remarks about something natural? An adult should be beyond the childish mickey taking comments about ginger hair, ffs.
