5 year old being a brat in the morning

DD has always been a pain in the arse to get ready.
Now she's started school and I have an hour school run before rushing to wfh in complicated finance and get an endless list of house shit done in my lunch break before the whole stressful evening routine.
She is awful in the mornings..messes about and acts like a toddler in the shower (can't have bath night before due to skin condition) and then pisses about getting dressed. She's perfectly capable of it but just messes about.
We've tried behavior charts, rewards, nothing works and the start of the day is so stressful and fractious..awfully this morning I lost my shit and shouted at her, which then makes me feel awful all day. But I'm just sick of it.
Anyone relate?
She's also low sleep needs so we get about half an hour a day to ourselves. I'm hating parenting atm.

Re commute - would it be feasible to get a ebike she can go on the back of, or a cargo bike?

More fun for her, go right to school gate, exercise for you, beat the traffic on way back (there might even be a nice green off road route) and the exercise would help with your stress.

My commute across a city can be an hour by car if traffic is bad, usually 25 mins by bike.

We must be about the same age, bath and hair wash on a Sunday night after being forced to listen to Sing Something Simple. My brother and I ran screaming from the room when my mum put that on.

Ignore this ridiculous post OP. Totally contradicts itself, either a troll or someone with childhood issues.
Giving a natural consequence like you can't have tv because you used that time to mess about is hardly fear and punishment.
Behavior charts do work, just may take time and commitment. I know of very few 5 year olds with intrinsic motivation and I know plenty, in fact few adults have this either..anyone you know work for free for the fun?
