Urgent advice needed ASAP!!

My ex took my 6 year old DS for the weekend on Saturday, he was due to bring him back yesterday evening but did not show up.
He is not anserwing the phone and has not contacted me at all, this is a man who I do not trust and I am worried now.

What do I do? I don't even have his full address as the court deemed it not necessary for me to know!!!

i haven't seen the name before either, but then I don't go on some boards (like the lone parents, for example) so that's not suprising.
