Urgent advice needed ASAP!!

My ex took my 6 year old DS for the weekend on Saturday, he was due to bring him back yesterday evening but did not show up.
He is not anserwing the phone and has not contacted me at all, this is a man who I do not trust and I am worried now.

What do I do? I don't even have his full address as the court deemed it not necessary for me to know!!!

Pedilia - just seen this, no practical advice but hope to see a positive outcome soon. there are family lawyers on here who will be able to advise you and unfortunately a few others have gone through the same thing.

just a thought (assuming it isn't all sorted out, which i sincerely hope it is) what about his parents? do you have any contact with them? they would know his address, surely?

is that the same person? it's a different name and the ages of the child are different (6 in this op, 3 in the other)

I did notice it was a different name but I thought it had to be the same person due to the circumstances but didn't notice ages. God, did this really happen to 2 different people then

also, in this op the BE (Bastard Ex) has breached a court order where in the other he hasn't.

oh god, thoughts are with you both (more practical advice on other thread. did you see my post about his parents btw, might it be worth a try??)

Sorry for the confusion, just saw the other thread and it sounded the same but having checked again I can see it's not. It's so sad what some people can do and at Christmas too

I hope on one hand this is like the thread about the child being left out on the street and turned out to be a troll (ie no abandoned child) But on the other if it is true I am concerned there has been no news. Doesn't seem that the other thread is the same person.
