What size feet was / is your toddler at 2 years old?

We went to Clark's today and had his feet measured, so they said he's a 7 but do to the fit, they suggest getting a 7 1/2. He will be 2 at the end of January.

It just seems like he's got quite big feet, he's a tall boy, loves his food but very slim as he never sits still i suppose (50th percentile but somewhere in the 90s for height). Reading my own post makes me realise that it's probably in proportion lol

My children have tiny feet - 2.5yo is size 4. I think he was 2 or 3 around his birthday

dinosforall · 12/12/2020 11:30

My 5yo is only 8.5

Lazypuppy · 12/12/2020 11:32

My 3 yo is a 7.5, her feet have grown really quickly

SpamIAm · 12/12/2020 11:37

My 3 year old is a 6.5 or 7 (can't remember!). She's quite little though, about 95cm.

Sillybilly35 · 12/12/2020 11:37

My son who was 2 in August is a size 9 with a G fit.

Littlepoppet1 · 12/12/2020 11:45

My just turned 2 year old is a 6. Just measured last week.

frolicmum · 12/12/2020 12:09

Looks as though he does have rather big feet but hey ho! Nothing to be worried about!

Dc 1 and dc4 had size 6H feet at 3 years old whereas dc2 and dc3 had size 10D feet at 3 years. Basically 2 of my dc had short wide feet and the other two had slim flippers for feet!

Shelby30 · 12/12/2020 12:25

That's big feet! When my little one was 2 she was a size 4 and then went into a 5 closer to 3yrs old. She's coming up on 4 and she's in a size 6 but starting to go into a 7.

SinkGirl · 12/12/2020 12:25

My twins were size 5 at 2, and are a size 9 (just gone into them and could fit in 8s from some places) now at 4. They are small though generally.

midnightstar66 · 12/12/2020 12:32

Yes that's quite large Dd1's first school shoes were a 7 aged 4.5 and dd2's were an 8 aged 5.5. I think at aged 2 they were a 4 at most.

MistletoeandGin · 12/12/2020 12:33

My nearly 2 year old is a 6.

midnightstar66 · 12/12/2020 12:33

To add if he's a 7 in Clarks he's probably a 6 most other places though as Clarks are small made (as are Nike trainers)

SendHelp30 · 12/12/2020 12:34

My DD was size 7 for her first pair of school shoes in Reception.
DS 3 is size 5.

longtimelurkerfirsttimeposter · 12/12/2020 12:34

My son just turned 3 was a size 11.5 when we got him measured, probably a 12 by now.

Daughter just turned one was a 4 when we got her measured a couple of months ago.

Big feet!

longtimelurkerfirsttimeposter · 12/12/2020 12:35

Should add, he was 99.5 centile for height, 90th for weight, since birth.

Daughter is 50th centile.

triceratops12 · 12/12/2020 12:36

2.5 size 9

Missreginafalange · 12/12/2020 12:39

My little one had a similar size at 2, he is now 4 and a size 12.5

happymummy12345 · 12/12/2020 12:40

When my son was 2 I think he was a 6.

mintich · 12/12/2020 13:18

My 2 year old boy is a 6 and my 3.5 year old girl is an 8

Thatwentbadly · 12/12/2020 13:21

I can’t remember but my 16 month old is size 6. Her big sister is 4.5 yrs and in size 11 or 12 depending on the fit.

randomsabreuse · 12/12/2020 13:22

DD was about a 6 at most. DS is a 7.

BirdyBee · 12/12/2020 13:24

My 2 year old is a size 8!

emajw1983 · 12/12/2020 13:26

My youngest is 5 in Jan, in infant size 7, or 7.5 depending on the type of shoe (his school shoes are size 6!). He's a bit of a shorty
