dse141 psychology - only level 1 so not too difficult with the overlap but I have to say I regret overlapping as if anything in real life gets in the way it is too difficult to catch up and keep up

fuzzpig · 14/03/2012 10:13

I agree! Real life and study don't mix very easily Hmm

Still, I'm just imagining how proud I will be if I get through this.

Just need to find a place to pop the word dynamic in, check my word count, and it's off. Yey!

I've heard my next TMA is a complete bugger. So am heading straight in!

wildstrawberryplace · 14/03/2012 17:43

I'm thinking my tutor had one too many Wine that night

SwedishEdith · 14/03/2012 19:44

87 is fantastic Envy

Readyisknitting · 15/03/2012 12:05

Well done :-)

I've spent the morning listening dozing to an audio. Soooo boring! Lots of washing has been done, hung out and sorted in between frames, but I really out to get cracking, I go to collect dd2 in 40 mins...

chipmunksex · 15/03/2012 12:32

DH is home being poorly-not helpful to ones concentration and I've just realised I should get something for my Mum for Mothers day! Moonpig calls.

Keep going chipmunk!

I haven't done anything since sending my essay. I really need to. Also
I have all the little bits and bobs to finish my NVQ etc (until 31st I'm an apprentice at work, after that I'm a 'proper' employee, woo! :o)

It includes a maths functional skills test which is kind of silly as most of my OU degree is in maths Hmm

chipmunksex · 17/03/2012 08:32

I have just submitted.

It was crap

I now officially have a week off Grin

Hurrah! I'm sure it's better than you think. Hopefully mine is too...

wildstrawberryplace · 17/03/2012 20:05

Well done chipmunk Wine

chipmunksex · 17/03/2012 20:32

I am gonna drink so much wine tonight and watch hound of baskervilles.

Don't congratulate me too soon strawb I swear it was the biggest load of crap, but I am relieved to see the back of it. I have spent the whole day washing and cleaning because everything has gone to pot with the TMA frenzy and dh's back is still knackered, so he hasn't been able to pick up the slack.

Has anyone still got a deadline? I feel like kicking some arse Grin

i've got a TMA due tuesday - had an extension as had another TMA due last week - all nagging gratefully received but not till tomorrow!

JoanRobinson2012 · 18/03/2012 08:40

Well done chipmunk.

Ginger, good luck with it today.

I've got an exam on the 30th and a presentation on 5th April... Presentation is a group effort and I decided not to ask to do it by myself... (hope triumphed over experience!) However nobody else in the group thinks we need to do anything until after the exam... so instead of getting cross, I'm doing it as if I am going solo so if it all goes tits up I'll have something prepared!

hey all, i knew there was a reason i haven't looked at this page today!

it's my youngest son's 21st today so i've been somewhat distracted but have spoken quite severely to myself and will spend tomorrow when i have an empty house and no excuse working without internet access so i don't get distracted. i've found that if i set a time on my phone and after that i can have a break - say 20 mins - i don't get so antsy and usually manage to sit for longer. it's not even that i don't know what to write - its just the writing!!

TheSockPuppet · 19/03/2012 12:31

I'm here, and really falling behind, why does mn have to get so exciting when I've got coursework due?

tumbleweedblowing · 19/03/2012 17:57

SockPuppet doing the ironing, watching paint dry, baking, all these things have a mysterious appeal when work is due.....

gingergran how did it go today?

My birthday today - so I have done NOTHING Grin

TheSockPuppet · 19/03/2012 18:14

:o so true tumbleweed, I've just spent ten minutes unnecessarily fidling with the screw in the back of my seat trying to fix it, despite it being broken for months I've decided that it must be fixed now, coincidently I've an essay due in at midnight tonight...

fuzzpig · 19/03/2012 18:26

Really should be getting back on with studying. Dress fittings, friends wedding, exams (easy ones so no revision), work, appointments, oh and a fucking awful heavy period are conspiring against me Angry

Ginger what essay are/were you doing for ed209? I chose option 1 as I had no time to study the chapter on perception Blush

fuzzpig · 19/03/2012 18:27

Happy birthday tumbleweed!
