couldnt resist had to send a message it said

in relation to item number 4753821878 the shoes that suposedly have biro marks on them. are we all blind there are no marks i saw them before they were posted and if my daughter was older i would have had them. it was very unfair of you to leave neg feedback when u were offered a full refund if u returned the shoes. what was the point of giving them to a charity shop when u could have had ur money back. it is out of order

fibbed a wee bit but shes not to know that

Can't remember exactly what I wrote but along these lines:

I was watching the clarkes sandals and was going to bid on them but the auction ended before I had the chance to. Would you be willing to sell them to me? I'd be happy to pay the price you paid and cover postage costs. The biro marks don't bother me as I'm sure my little girl would hide them by scuff marks!

Just have to wait and see now. I reckon she will be suspicious though!

I never leave feedback for a buyer until they have confirmed that they are happy with the item.

Why would she say there were biro marks on them if she didn't want to get a refund though? She has gained absolutely nothing.

the same happened to me, and the man picked them up from my house, andhe checked them, then i looked at feedback and he said there was mark and would not wash out, didnt even e-mail me, so i sent him one telling him that he checked the item first and why did he not e-mail me first, and offerd him his money back.
not heard from him since.

I would have asked for a picture first to make sure they weren't too bad. Then I would have compared it to your pic on Ebay!

Have you decided on a day for the park? I can do tomorrow or Friday, haven't checked the weather yet though!

How do you know when she was on line? How do you find out?

I searched her ID to see what she bid on. Go to that item and look at the bids. It tells you date and time bid was placed.

(I could be a spy or detective!)
