same thing happened to me a while ago....someone bought a babygro for 49p, it took them 10 days to pay!!! So after sending an email and still no response I left negative feedback, silly me!! (you learn) After eventually paying and receiving the goods she left negative feedback saying that the item was covered in pet hair! Er...........I don't have pets!! I was well cheesed off......I think there are some people who take revenge on ebay FGS!!!

thats fine, I'm only down the road from there so I'm sure I can get ready and out of the house by then!

C can actually take his bucket and spade (just need to find them now!) Plus I'll stick their swimwear on them and bring a towel!

HMO2 - weather is nice today so yes I'd like to go.

What time shall we meet? Shall we meet by the paddling pool / sandpit?

I wonder if she has in fact sold them on (for more money) to a friend of hers or something?

I searched her ID to see what she bid on. Go to that item and look at the bids. It tells you date and time bid was placed.

(I could be a spy or detective!)

How do you know when she was on line? How do you find out?

Just done a bit of research (sad I know!) and she was online last night just after at 11:23pm so she has received mine and starshakers messages!

I would have asked for a picture first to make sure they weren't too bad. Then I would have compared it to your pic on Ebay!

Have you decided on a day for the park? I can do tomorrow or Friday, haven't checked the weather yet though!

She still didn't reply and I very much doubt she will now! Nevermind, it was worth a try

the same happened to me, and the man picked them up from my house, andhe checked them, then i looked at feedback and he said there was mark and would not wash out, didnt even e-mail me, so i sent him one telling him that he checked the item first and why did he not e-mail me first, and offerd him his money back.
not heard from him since.

I never leave feedback for a buyer until they have confirmed that they are happy with the item.

Why would she say there were biro marks on them if she didn't want to get a refund though? She has gained absolutely nothing.

Can't remember exactly what I wrote but along these lines:

I was watching the clarkes sandals and was going to bid on them but the auction ended before I had the chance to. Would you be willing to sell them to me? I'd be happy to pay the price you paid and cover postage costs. The biro marks don't bother me as I'm sure my little girl would hide them by scuff marks!

Just have to wait and see now. I reckon she will be suspicious though!
