ermm it is every two years that the Ashes are played!

The Ashes have been pretty consistently 1-2 yrs apart, barring the war years, since the beginning.

the last one was held in Australi 12/02-01/03 in Oz.

And the next one will be held in Oz too

We had a great day. Me and DD (2.5yrs) met my sister and her DD (9 yrs) in The Strand and then DH came along who had been to a meeting in the City. It was great, loads of fun and hilarity. We didn't go into Traf Sq as too crowded for DD. She LOVED it, waved her flag, clapped and cheered! I put her in one of DS's old England football shirts, she looked so cute! It was great having DN there too as they adore eachother. We then had lunch in Covent Gdn Piazza. Great day!
