Following on from the thread that started about shoes and escalated to nearly 500 posts and a boden coat Trinty has emailed me back and we have finalised the list of things needed, if people have these things/have sent them could you post on here so I can amend the list and ensure Trinity doesnt get 345 sippy cups but no tights for dd2

The colelction stands at £369 at the moment so taking off £125 for coat (hopefully be less with my begging email to Boden) Trinity will have at least £244 in TEsco vouchers

Re Tesco vouchers for days out - how about you head north (sure there will be enough money to cover petrol), and either M&D's at Strathclyde Park (theme park/indoor rainforest/soft play/bowling) or the science centre?

Both accept tesco vouchers, and I'm sure there would be lots of other Glasgow MN'ers (me inc) that would come with you and help make it a day to remember?

dd1 desperately wants to see hairspray and they used to have help I'm a fish but we watched it so uch (and probably didn't look after it properly) that it became scrathed and unwatchable

Trinity - have you been to Mabie fram, it's near Dumfries. it's fab. maybe you could use some of the money collected to take the girls there, they would love it

I'm going to look at the chick lit lists earlier on the thread and see what I can find too.

I do have a spare copy of the new Sheila O'Flanagan - "A Perfect Man" - I managed to buy two copies (don't ask - I do this all the time ).

Ok have been into work and spoke to some bloke named John from customer services.
He pretty much tried every trick in the book to fob me off at first (28 day policy blah blah blah etc).
Usually they try and get you to bring it into your local store but ive managed to get you an uplift of the faulty leapster within 4 working days, you will be given an advice slip with a new order number on it. You can then call and quote new order number and they will send out a new pink leapster for you. Any problems then give me a shout and I shall call up my colleagues at the Dumfries store and see if they can do anything.
I hope this is helpful for you and I wish I was closer so I could arrange for something more direct with less faffing about.
