Following on from the thread that started about shoes and escalated to nearly 500 posts and a boden coat Trinty has emailed me back and we have finalised the list of things needed, if people have these things/have sent them could you post on here so I can amend the list and ensure Trinity doesnt get 345 sippy cups but no tights for dd2

Trinity's wish list
Tights - ages 9-10, 4-5/5-6, 2-3/3-4
socks - sizes 6, 8 and 10
sippy cups -
sheets - single/double or kingsize
bedding - single/double/kingsize
clothes 12/14
adult shoes - size 6,
baby clothes for DSS2's May arrival,
towels
forks
asda vouchers,
chick lit
John Grisham
Toys for the dog to chew :-)
Large saucepans (lots of people to feed in that house!!)
Beautiful Boden COat - sorted by fab mumsnetters

If anyone would like to donate funds (we have enough to get Trinity her new coat and a little bit spare) the paypal address is [email protected] and anything we collect now will be sent to Trinity as Asda vouchers to help with Christmas food/bits shop (I asked Trinity how she would prefer the funds spent and this was one of the ideas and she would really appreciate this)

Thankyou all!!

Ive only got to the bit in the thread about the leapster coming from ELC, has anyone sorted it? as I happen to work for ELC and would love to help with anything if I could.

Scootergrrrl · 31/10/2009 09:14

I've got double duvet covers and pillowcases which we never use and tights in 2/3. Do I need to email someone for the address? Do you think I could send some special German Christmas chocs over too - they're very cheery !

stressed2007 · 31/10/2009 09:15

No one has done anything about the leapster yet - I am happy to sort but you should probably have first go if you want to as you work for them. They are normally very good - they should replace no problem I think and in the circs maybe they would like to give a few free girly games for the hassle under the circumstances [cheeky emoticon].

Trinity do you have an account number? I have Trinity's name and address and can cat you it if that is all you need to chase the order. Please let me know

TrinityHasAVampireRhino · 31/10/2009 09:18

my order number was 2359529

I ordered the leapster
a leapster game
and a magnetic fishing gameis is embarrassing because we didn't have the money for these things
I was trying to make the kids happy

I have Trinitys home address from the 1st thread as I am going to send some dog chews.
Let me know her local store and I can try giving them a call and see what they are willing to do.

TrinityHasAVampireRhino · 31/10/2009 09:22

I think my closest store is dumfries

and thankyou so much

ArghhhhmazingBouncingSpider · 31/10/2009 09:27

Ahhh sorry xpost there.
Right I wont be able to get free things via ordering because they are horrible faceless non-humans!
If people would be willing to help me with the funds I could order these items to be delivered to you via my shop with free postage and with my staff discount.
My email is
[email protected] if anyone wants to help me do that.

TrinityHasAVampireRhino · 31/10/2009 09:28

mummylin2495 · 31/10/2009 09:31

i have posted something off to you trinity ,but of course it wil take a few days owing to the postal strike. Its a pleasure to be able to help you.

stressed2007 · 31/10/2009 09:33

Trinity do you think DD1 would like this comic or not please:

www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/product.aspx?R=641&bci=4294966467|Magazines*429496607 4|For%20Kids

Also several people have offered Tesco vouchers but you need to tell us what rewards you would ideally like for them by looking at this e.g. restaurant vouchers/cinema vouchers/magazine subscriptions

www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/

Then the people that offered vouchers can exchange them for the rewards and then send them to you.

Also would you like VHS tapes of kids things
(someone asked this) and are there any other authors you fancy (someone else asked this whose mum owns a book shop so she wanted to know). Thanks a lot

Lizzylou · 31/10/2009 09:36

Have sent money via paypal, eandh.
I am fatter than you Trinity, have bigger feet and boys, so nothing to pass on
Take care my lovely.

cocolepew · 31/10/2009 09:37

Morning, I used my Tesco vouchers for socks size 9-12, a top each for the 2 young ones, 2 pairs of pjs for the eldest, a couple of soft toys and an Impulse set. I've kept the labels on in case TR wants to change them. I have a couple of books I'll pop in too. Hopefully get it posted on monday.

goryminx · 31/10/2009 09:38

TR - Do you stil need corded fone? If so I will sort that?

E&H can you CAT me?

ArghhhhmazingBouncingSpider · 31/10/2009 09:38

lol just realised its half 9 in the morning and not early at all.
Shall get myself ready and go into the shop today to try and sort it, im on maternity leave as of yesterday and today my manager isnt in so I can have free reign of the telephone without him grumbling!
I shall try to arrange a pickup of the faulty leapster and a delivery of a new one. Will people be in the house most days to accept deliveries?
Unfortunately I cant promise things being in stock yet but I shall try my hardest to sort it for you

MmeGoblindt · 31/10/2009 09:38
