OP posts:
JavierBardem · 12/11/2009 21:53

lol at citofoni!

having said that, he could use her dosh to be a surfer bum on foreign beaches!!!

no primrose hill, full of dull wealthy people...

Tufnell Park?

PippiHasALifeOfRiley · 12/11/2009 21:55

Camo really? I am not surprised. Those palazzi look really like noce italian palazzi. I always look at them with nostalgia and wouldn't mind a flat just for myself there. If I win the lottery I'd also do that. Get a place for me. To get away.

Ah one place where I always wanted to live before it become trendy is the Brunswick!

JavierBardem · 12/11/2009 21:55

Why do you want your own telly??????

A painting is a wonderful idea!

PippiHasALifeOfRiley · 12/11/2009 21:56

nice

Francasaysrelax · 12/11/2009 21:56

Yes, thought so. I don't think I could stand more than 1 second with a yummie mummie, I prefer Xenia

JavierBardem · 12/11/2009 21:57

Meee tooooo! But arent; they council flats? You would not be able to buy one! I agree Bloomsbury super cool, I also think there is quite an interesting community there...

PippiHasALifeOfRiley · 12/11/2009 21:57

The plan is to put a small one in 'my study' so that occasionally I can watch my 'arty farty' dvds in peace, when I want to. Big tv is always monopolised by sleeping snoring dh!

Camomilla · 12/11/2009 21:58

he'd be perfect JB, you know that to me your ds is the australian-surfer-boy

battery's running out, so I will love you and leave you ladies. notte

JavierBardem · 12/11/2009 21:58

Oh, God, xenia or a ym? Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

It is a hard choice. Can I choose to be on heroin with eithe of them?

JavierBardem · 12/11/2009 22:01

Night Camo!

You can watch dvds on the laptop, I do that when I feel particularly blind!

Lol at arty farty! So funny of you watching an arty farty dvd with the sound of a snoring man.

Francasaysrelax · 12/11/2009 22:02

Camo, well done to your lovely ds!!!!

I think I'd choose xenia. At least you can spent 5 hrs arguing over private education.

JavierBardem · 12/11/2009 22:05

Guerra is calling me, tomorrow I have my day of Cultuuuuure in central London with dd. My lovely!

Thank you for chat.

I may end up hitting Xenia to be honest, I find her ideas repellent and dangerous!

TheMysticMasseuse · 12/11/2009 22:06

dd1 was a difficult baby- because she never ever slept. she was happy to be on the go- in fact, onl happy on the go, but because i was so knackered all the time we mostly did coffees and walks to the park. i never went to a museum, never occurred to me. ah, the reason being, i am bored of museums [ignorant emoticon]

dd2 only ever wanted to be home as a baby, hated new places etc. now she's a monster toddler.

non si possono portare in giro

JavierBardem · 12/11/2009 22:08

ophhh, i love museums, so calm and restful, they don't even have to be showing anything...

Sputnik · 12/11/2009 22:11

Lol at Ikea of yummy mummies!
Well done Camo-boy! How are things panning out with his unsuitable friends etc?

You know what? After years of living in the country I am secretly enjoying city life . I am still very glad to get out at the weekends. So, feel very lucky really (even though totally financially crippled).

Francasaysrelax · 12/11/2009 22:13

Your day sounds more interesting than mine JB. I have to go to Decathlon and change ds's snow boots

Masseuse, my first slept very little at first. The only way for me to get some "rest" was to put him in the buggy and walk for miles. I knew Exeter very well. Each product sold in each shop. All the books and videos in the library...

Francasaysrelax · 12/11/2009 22:15

Oh hello sput

and lol at you secretly enjoying city life !

Sputnik · 12/11/2009 22:16

We took DD to a Munch exhibition at about 8 months, she was interested but haven't been to any since. DS has the attention span of a gnat, but will sit in pushchair if you keep the food coming. Perhaps I should try him.

Sputnik · 12/11/2009 22:17

I have even stopped noticing the dog shit!

Francasaysrelax · 12/11/2009 22:20

Have you? That's impressive ! (I still hate it)

We once took ds to the national portrait gallery when he was around 18 months and we had to escape after 10 mins . But he loved going on the tube. Not very raffinato

TheMysticMasseuse · 12/11/2009 22:21

"no no no no belsize park and primrose hill and swiss cottage etc. full of yummie mummies who buy EB's crockery and wish they were friends with KM `"

Are you talking to me ?

Sputnik · 12/11/2009 22:28

On reflection I think the rain has washed the dogshit away, temporarily.

Ah yes MM you have your myserious KM connection, is she your neighbour or something?

Francasaysrelax · 12/11/2009 22:29

Have you got this masseuse?

I love Belsize Park.

Blimey, as the descendant of generations of Londoners I am totally ashamed of my lack of knowledge of areas of London
