Finally got snow

Been out with sledge, just finished some home-made hot sausage rolls

Off to do some Santa-ing

it never occurred to me to get our sledge out!!!!!!!!!!

First thing I thought of

dd up most of night with nightmares, hoping we get a peaceful night tonight - I'm shattered

oh dear poor dd,
my ds2 has a cold and a few spots, which look a little bit blistery, im hoping it might be chicken pox as im off this week and would be good to get it while im off work too, but i dont think it will be??? he has been miserable for a few days.

my heaqting has broken , so i have no heaters upstairs, for past few nights i have had 3 quilts in the bed as it was so cold then today i realised the heater was cold so that explains why it was so cold !! and not just the snow to blame. have 1 storage heater downstairs still working and had a fire going all day, got through a little bag of coal today, my dad will come fix it for me as luckily he is a sparky and used to fit these heaters years ago in an old job, just freezing till he can do it on weds.

Hoping you get heated up soon Worley.

She slept throught last night - putting nightmares down to too much excitement out in the snow

well no more spots, they have crusted up the ones that were there, so it may have been, not sure..

no heating still, didnt ask my dad today as its his birthday and my mums took him out for dinner some where posh, so will ask tomorrow

ds2 going to nursery tomorrow, hes so excitable at the moment, im having my eyes tested as need new glasses but cant control him when im sat down keeping still!

been to see father christmas today which has added to his excitment, hes singing christmas songs non stop

mmm...crusty spots and a poo - you really are spoiling us!

Travel mayhem up here - dh got last train out of Glasgow before they shut it! (he's secretly hoping there's no trains tomorrow)

so i brought my dad a digital photo fram for christmas and pre loaded it with all pictures of the ds's and then today for his birthday my brother has given him one also!!!! now what do i get him!!!

I'm no help to man or beast this weather - I burst into tears in Tesco today . i had got a nice bottle of wine in Morrisons and put it in my old lady shopping trolley. Went into Tesco on way home, trolley fell over, wine exploded (was Cava). I burst into tears on the spot

Got another bottle, i'll be fine.
Just stressed in case dh gets stuck in Glasgow - railways having all sorts of problems up here

ooh md [big hugs] im fed p with christmas already. soooo had enough of it all. i havent gone all out on food this year, been to asda and tesco this evening to get bits. have xmas dinner sorted and 5 days worth of shopping, going to budget myself £50 a week to spend on everything till end of jan. hopefull i can stick to it, to make sure i dont go in the red again.. will see if i can manage that.

Just to add to it all, just heard dh's Gran was taken into hospital last night with vomiting.

Can I cancel Christmas??

ds2 was sick all night over the quilts so have to go to launderette and washa dn dry them all now, as we have no heating still i had all three quilts on the bed and he threw up on them all, and have to scrub the mattress now. jenn how did you get the sick smell out of that mattress???

but i just did his online schools application form so he can start reception next school year [thinking of the £500 a month i will save on nursery fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!][nice hot holiday some where then i think!!]

went to next sale with my mum this morning. got lots of new jeans for the boys sos hould last them another year, got them both matching starwars tshirts too, nothing for me as wasnt a lot left that i could see.

why oh why oh why did i think doing ultrasound would be a good idea??????
im sooo fed up with studying now, had enough!!!
its too hard i want to go work in tescos i think..

dh was working yesterday, so dd and I hit Glasgow. She got the Playmobil Pony Ranch with her Christmas money. Took ages to build, but she loves it

dd and I just chilling today, getting back to normality (ie the washing basket )!!
