You will be offered a fixed penalty anyway, if you havent any points I'd take that. £60

I would take the points TBH, you going ionto court could backfire as I have heard that they are then more likely to fine more for people 'trying to get out of it'
Not for a moment saying you are, but unless you really can't afford the £60 and the points then I would take them.

If you really want to go to court you will need evidence such as medical notes etc to show why you were speeding.

I don't suppose you'd get out of it anyway as you are not an ambulance, sorry.

3 for sp30 about 3 years ago

3 last month (Stationary on side of road on phone) but have not got them as I failed to get documents to station within required 7 days, made it in 10 and got cautioned and told to expect court summons..grr) Have been told by police lady at desk (on the quiet) that I would only get the 3 but may incure grief over failure to deliver docs
