Am I the only woman who does not have a clue when her next period is?

Beacuse dp thinks I am odd as I dont, I keep meaning to make a note or keep track but life gets in the way.

Have got lots of pregnancy symptoms - sore boobs, throwing up at random times and too strong smells and tiredness - but doubt that I am.

Dp has just said is your period late, to which I shrugged my shoulders.

He is now muttering about me as he mops the kictchen floor.

TWINSETinapeartree · 06/01/2009 09:19

I am feeling quite a bit better today, still have that horrible sick feeling but am thinking about trying to eat. The bad head has gone just some stomach pain and tiredness. I have been released from my bedroom which is good

i still don't think its a bug

TWINSETinapeartree · 06/01/2009 09:28

I think it is a bug as after every time I threw up, and there have been many I had that horrible eggy taste which is a bug thing.

OP posts:
lovelysongbirdie · 06/01/2009 09:29

is it a metalic taste?

TWINSETinapeartree · 06/01/2009 09:51

lovelysongbirdie · 07/01/2009 09:32

twineset how you doing today?

TWINSETinapeartree · 10/01/2009 14:48

Ingles2 · 10/01/2009 15:59

ah... here you are.

it's so disappointing when you think you might be and aren't.
Have you talked to your dh?
Why not tell him how you feel, maybe now is the time to start ttc regardless of work/finances.

TWINSETinapeartree · 10/01/2009 17:39

Thanks Ingles, I am devastated, have cried all day. Made a complete fool of myself in town by crying next to the baby clothes

Dp is also gutted and thinks we should just start ttc but I know using my head rather than my heart that we should wait.

It feels like I am being punished for letting our finances and relationship spiral out of control.

But thanks INgles for asking, it means a lot.

OP posts:
Ingles2 · 10/01/2009 17:54

I know how you feel.
I promise you though, you're absolutely not being punished.

TWINSETinapeartree · 10/01/2009 18:01

I know I am not really it just hurts so much so it feels like that.

Ingles2 · 10/01/2009 18:11

Oh Twinset.

Ingles2 · 10/01/2009 18:18

have a large one

Changing the subject to take your mind of it....
I had 15 inches cut off my hair today... I'm in shock slightly

TWINSETinapeartree · 10/01/2009 18:21

Gosh that is brave I am thiking of growing mine again partly because I have quite a strong style that does need cutting every month which I cant afford to do at the moment. How short have you gone.

OP posts:
Ingles2 · 10/01/2009 18:26

Chin length at front and graduated at back.
didn't realise quite how warm my hair kept me, especially my neck
No-one will recognise me come Mon, I pick up glasses tomorrow as well.

TWINSETinapeartree · 10/01/2009 18:32

Sounds lovely, a new haircut gives you a real boost.

chocolateteapot · 10/01/2009 18:45

Oh Twinset, just seen this I am sorry

Just seen you had a hammering on the Iceland thread and your rubbish day, think wine is definitely in order. I shall pour a glass of Bailey's in solidarity . Lovely picture of your DD, it is great to see it being used.

Ingles, 15 inches is pretty flipping radical

Hassled · 10/01/2009 18:47

I'm so sorry.

chocolateteapot · 10/01/2009 18:49

Do you think if we have another go at grabbing a coffee a new sodding bug will appear ? You've moved here at a really bad time for illness, it hasn't been anywhere near this bad in the six years we've been here. And it hasn't been this cold, the pond at Honeybrook Farm (you need to find it, DD will like it and the butchers is good) is all frozen solid never seen it like that before.
