I think I've allowed things to go too far with my childrens' bedtimes and it's time for a rethink. So tell me about your bedtimes please.

I will present this thread as evidence to counter the claims about their school friends going to bed at midnight etc.

7yo - in bed at 7:30. lights off at 8.

dd (3.6 yrs) 7pm
ds (22 mths) 7pm

Can be earlier if tired, ill etc BUT very rarely later (unless we are late with dinner, baths etc..but this doesn't really happen.)

DTDs, 4.11, bed around 6.30 at the moment, they're so worn out by school, always asleep by 7 and up around 12 hours later, sometimes 13 (but later to bed = earlier to rise in their case )
