Playtex Moonwalk 2005 anyone?

So ladies, who fancies doing the Playtex Moonwalk to raise cash for breast cancer research? I did it a couple of years ago (couldn't this year as had just given birth to the twins) and it was FANTASTIC! 15,000 women and about 1,000 men walking in bras through the night to raise cash. Victoria Wood did a programme on it recently. You walk 26.2 miles (full moon) or 13.1 miles (half moon). Great fun. Fancy it? Anyone?

I've registered for the full moon but apparently you have to wait for written confirmation. I'll still start walking though!

So who else has a confirmed place? I'm a half-moonie and am just about to start week 3 of my training schedule (the one for beginners). Legs aching as I did 3 miles today--still getting used to the pace.
The friend I'm moonwalking with lives in SW London so it would be good to know if there are any MN moonwalkers in north or east London (pref Highbury Fields, Clissold, Springfield, Finsbury or Victoria Park) who'd like some company on a training walk one Sunday? Pace about 14mins per mile.

I can't be the only one? Can I?

I'm doing the fullmoon arabica.So far have been doing a couple of 5 miles and a 10 at w/e.Find the long walks quite hard and have suffered from shin splints so need to start slowly which is so frustrating.
I'm following the training schedule from the website.
