Happy New Year Phalanx and, indeed, all of Mumsnet!!

We've had the wedding. We've had Christmas. Or, as I refer to it: THE MOST AMAZING CHRISTMAS EVER.

Now it's onward one day at a time.

There will be planning of the wake so it's going to be THE MOST AMAZING PARTY THREAD EVER.

Across, I may have purchased some new single bed size linens...

zen, yes, it's a proper electric hospital bed. I'll be able to elevate my upper body from my hips so that my abdomen isn't all scrunched over causing additional pressure and pain. I'll also be able to elevate my feet. I've had horrid swollen ankles from just sitting in my chair so much of the time.

Great news about the bed. Hours of fun fiddling with the buttons on the remote...

Be careful not to press a button that sends you flying out into the garden zombie, better close all windows at night to be on safe side! 👩‍🌾

Fab news about the bed! Have lots of fun trying out the settings - just don't get the tv remote mixed up with the bed one 😄

Those beds are the one good thing about hospital stays. Is there anything else you think might help Zombie?

Years ago Mothercare sold school uniform from ages 2/3 so might be worth a look.

I've managed to get one from asda. Hopefully it will be here for Friday (and that jumper she has on is 2-3, that's how tiny she is )

We have an adjustable bed, it's awesome. Although it's not working right now because it's the wrong voltage for over here. DH and I joked how we were really 80 at heart when we first got it
