ZombieLad gets married today. Hats on and champagne at the ready!

A week today he and ZombieLass arrive to spend Christmas with me. It will be the Best. Christmas. Ever.

There have been no miracles so my remaining days keep ticking away. Life is for living. Death is not to be feared. Wakes are for celebrating.

I feel like I won the lottery.

Today's post brought not 1 but 2 parcels.

Parcel 1 had magic medicine.

Parcel 2 had an Amazon Echo - a present from my friends in New Jersey. (She's the one who flew over to spend Easter with me last year.)

If you can afford them, get as many add ons for the Echo as you can manage eg switches for electric blanket, lamps, tv, etc You could also look into remote door opening?

Just caught up - it must have been such a wrench to see Zlass and Zlad go; I really feely for you. Sounds like they had a great stay, you enjoyed it most of the time and your friends came through with sorting out transport when you were not feeling up to it.
