Trying to recall any sex in that first book. Not sure. Fairly sure there's kissing.

But yes, I think he'll be fantastic! Going to get the other two books should've got those for holiday instead of The Corfu Trilogy by Gerald Durrell

OMG! Just saw this in the IKEA catalogue. I must have!!!!

Did you enjoy the Durrell books, LetUs? They are a bit of their time, occasionally a bit 'let's all laugh at the funny forriners', but they are still way better than the recent TV series, which bugged my tits off

Didn't get further than about page 10 Cinn . I remember that we read My Family and Other Animals at school so thought I'd give it a whirl while I had the time. Couldn't settle to it so went back to Douglas Adams' Last Chance To See that I'd packed at the last minute even though I've read it a billion times
