1pm canoeing/kayaking - think we have a Brit in the 200m men's single final, GB in women's K4 final
3pm diving semi final for Tom Daley (final at 8pm)
3pm women's triathlon
6pm Nicola Adams
Silly o'clock - athletics inc 400m relays & Mo

there's also men's modern pentathlon on today (no idea about Brits sorry), taekwondo this afternoon & evening (GB man & woman in last 16) and some mountain biking, rhythmic gymnastics

Holiday was luffly though, with extended family. I swam in the sea and everything. Now doing post-holiday laundry and watching the diving semi-final. One of the commentators described a competitor as 'hench', hahaha

Yay for sigrid ww! Patty pissed on the sofa yesterday morning. BAD CAT. And also ds wet the bed, so that was a load of piss I had to clear up yesterday before rushing out late to bigcity.

Manshape update: so when I arrived home at 9.30pm with ds asleep in the car, he was out with dss1. The clean sheets I'd washed and hung up hadnt been put back on ds's bed. No milk, bread or cereal in the house. Online shop half-done because "I wanted to show you it first." Wtaf???

Nice clean bike though.
