if you're into fairies and angels etc try the Pre-Raphaelites, especially Waterhouse - very talented artist. Try Hylas and the Nymphs .
ALso Burne-Jones , Millais etc

Also not at all like John Waterhouse. Hylas and the Nymphs is great painting, and would not put it anywhere near that league.

Would class it as fantasy/Sci-fi stuff. However not as bad as Thomas Kincaid....
