i think the picture in the op is beautiful if hung in the correct place, wouldnt suit my family home, but think if i had had a flat of my own then i would have looked lovely.

Dont know the picture or the thinking behind it, but i like the overall balance of it, and love the fact that you can also look closer at the detail as well as the bigger picture.
