That link is for the group stages only carolina - I've found a schedule for the knockout stages, but it doesn't have info on whether ITV or BBC are showing each match. I don't think that will be decided until the group matches are over. They have agreed between themselves who gets first pick of the knockout matches, but until they know who's playing in those matches they won't decide. So if ITV have first choice in the 'round of 16', they will pick the England game (assuming they qualify ), whenever that game is. Which we won't know until the group matches are over.
