I am good for Telly Addicts but will go with majority. I think we are well known on MN that fans can pop in as we have seen plus they will be pointed here by others. Preference for me is Telly Addicts though if we are voting.

Ok, ok, point taken. It's not that I 'can't help myself'. I just thought it was a lovely pic to share, and not nearly as spoilery as JP's latest ones. But if some people don't like it, I won't do it again.

Ok so it transpires that Pinot Grigio Blush is like poison to my body. I'm lucky not to be foaming and writhing on the floor like Kingy. Instead seem to have reactivated jet lag with 'feeling like shit' hangover juddering.

Woe. Is. Me.

That aside, I have to say I think the snug might be a good idea. I love the pics, especially if they're a dirty captain [wink at Apes ]. But I remember being a bit cross with myself last year when those ep10 stills came out online and looking at them kinda ruined the Milady carriage bit for me and I wished I had not looked.

That said, I think the only s3 pics people have posted are totally non spoilery and they are trusted long term members of the tav who know not to ruin stuff. So no need to call the Red Guard in yet eh.

Again, on the other hand I've blundered into some pics on Twitter I didn't want to see, so I think it's going to be very tricky being on social meeedja when all the stuff Is out there and some people have watched the whole damn series already.

Seems a good idea to post in snug for people with needs that need feeding (me) and the Tav can remain unsullied.

Does UncleC need telling off for being a bad influence comtess? I'm a bit pre-menstrual, so am feeling rather strict atm

The Snug could be a good compromise, it's easy enough to link to, or give the heads up, in here when something new is posted?

Telly Addicts would be my choice once transmission starts, but I don't feel strongly either way.

Twlly Addicts would be even better - a whole section of MN given over to perving over hot men on tv. Each discussion could then be kept free from pearl-clutching and superfluous plot discussions

I vote for moving to Twlly Addicts too, and posting non official pix in Snug seems a good compromise.

True Fancy - the Snug was set up for more than just Tav Lit - it was when we moved back to TA for S2 and when now-absent-wenches would post stuff that they didn't want to blurt all over TA. They just didn't use it for that, so it turned into the library and not much else.

How will this work? Quite a lot of actual chat here revolves around photos.
People thud'ing, zooming in, talking about funny things we've spotted, loving and then chatting about the costumes and make up - all of that is an essential part of the threads.

This is indeed correct Helen. Why the snug was set up, was not what it ended up being.
