Today i tried running, just to see what would happen.
Conclusions:
It wasn't great wrt boob and shoulders. Bit bruised feeling now and my head aches abit.
My owl is/lower back is now sore.
My pelvic floor held firm.
Ds4 loved it.
I can beat him in a race.

Well, it's not likely to be a rug user thing, (Arf) I used to love running and I thought it would be a good test to see now my pelvis is doing. It's a bit achey now. I promise it won't become a thing I do regularly.

I still do it on my knees not prop elkie, like wot Dog does in he hat video I linked. But I can dooo iiiit for 15 seconds and I doooo iiiit three/four times a day.

Plus I'm low carb.

Hello Norah - running eh... I've done that a few times with mixed success rates to be honest. I like the sound of that gravy though.

My chips ideally would have baked beans with them. Or Mayo. Or chippy gravy. Ideally served to me by four FAF musketeers... Though just Monsieur Athos would be fine.
