sha11..im not sure if its for a commercial.one of the mums there today said it was.all u/a said it was a two day shoot with good rates.lets hope they do need lots of kid .better chance of them getting it.let me know how you get on .

hello
have been looking around for a model agent and think i have narrowed it down to fine kids. had a no from KL, MOT and B &B and cant afford to splash out at the mo. Just wondered if anyone has been for an assesment and what they are like. Some mums seem to be busy on childmodeeling.net with them and they have a good client list.
all others seem to charge a lot to join up.

For anyone who hasn't seen DD's Junior picture it's here .

LM - the tornado was only a few streets away from the agency, they may have been affected.

Thanks, yes it's her.

I've not met anyone from fine kids but if other people are happy with them and you don't have to pay to join then it's worth a go. GOOD LUCK.

ooh just noticed dds name is printed in the back pages of junior! didnt know they wrote the name of the models and agencies, first time ive seen her name in print!

i know a couple of people including isabel from cm.net who has had castings with fine kids, so worth a try.

mrsratty - are u going to frame the junior cover? such a great keepsake!

I will definatley be framing it, I have three copies but will be sending one to DD's great nana. Junior quite often put the models names and agencies but this is the first time I have seen them use surnames too.

Yes, she was pleased!!! The novelty wears off more quickly for her than me though. I like your new name!

awhh i would frame it plus keep one in a plastic bag to preserve it so she can show it to her grandchildren!

....thought i had better get into the spirit of things!! Kids are funny aren't they...they take it all in their stride as though its an everyday thing!! Did they tell you at the time it may be on the cover?

Thats my plan, she has a folder with her 'work' in it and I have another set of copies which I intend at some point to put on the wall!

They did say they were taking cover shots but I didn't know if they were doing that for all of the children who were there that day. A few weeks before DD had been at a shoot with one of the women who had founded Junior and she asked if she had ever been used for the cover so I wonder if she had anything thing to do with it?

Lanis - wallpaper would be fab but blooming expense!!! Junior costs a fortune! At least with mothercare you can get about 50 copies and they don't cost a penny!!!!

if they do then i'll call it a day i think!
dont know of any others that are free/cheap to join and good. if you know of ay other the please let me now- there are so many agences out htere its mind boggling!

its just i am home and have so much free time and would happlity traipse round for castings

terribe about te tornado - so frightening if you lived in kensal rise! The sky went black at that time and the rain....
