It's pain in the general area of the ovary/ies at the time of ovulation madame, I've had it before, although it's never been very painful - a 1/10 on the pain scale. This month was worse, not sure whether that was because my whole digestive system seems to be unsettled at the moment & making me feel grotty. Or whether my hormones are playing up - I seemed to be shockingly OTH for a week before ovulation.

I've had ovulation pains, short attacks but very painful. Haven't had them for a while though. Just the normal cramps. And now I've started to get enormous pimples
