2manypimms sorry that question about timing for ted baker casting was for you, is your ds with b and b too?

marymary - definitely was to tired to be on the computer at that point sorry!

Lolly68 · 20/11/2006 09:37

Morning everyone. How I hate Mondays!

Good luck Little Madam (have replied to your email) on Monsoon and Julie for Teddy Baker!

Good luck to everyone else with jobs and castings this week.

Yackerty - have you changed your name on CM.Net??

Ellesmum - have sent you email.

julie4travel · 20/11/2006 10:02

morning lolly- i know what you mean about mons. i feel the weekend flew by. are you now on the website etc since changing agencies?

littlemadam yes lucky you with monsoon , hope u get it that would be fab.

housemum - hope your dd does well with (todays?) casting - if i have the day right. that was quick for a first casting with b and b so bet she will be in demand

ps- i emailed my ds headmistress to ask about a bit of time every now and then for castings and she said that is fine as long as its not regular and his class teacher is fine with it. thats a result was about to do a little white lie. so i will be honest if i can and just make sure we do his homework etc on the train so he doesn't fall behind. i honestly cant see how much work they would get done in the last half an hour or 3 quarters of an hour anyway.

tigeryuan · 20/11/2006 10:03

morning!

i hate Monday too! tell me about it!
good luck to all have job/casting this week!

at last, ds has put forwarded for a possible job tomorrow. the problem is, i've to work and they always let you know as late as possibe if he got the job!

hello allie! how are you?

Lolly68 · 20/11/2006 10:15

I just hate leaving Lydia after being with her for 2 whole days then have to come to work!! Miss her so much.

Julie - I dont think I am on the website for Kids - they work so differently to ES. I have not really had any contact with them only sent form back and they apparently use the photos I sent in of her originally.

Tiger - good luck for the job! Do you work full time too?

tigeryuan · 20/11/2006 10:25

Lolly68 - yup. i work full time and ds is in nursery! are you in the same boat?

Lolly68 · 20/11/2006 10:36

DD is with his Mum which makes it a little easier but she is in her 70s (very spritely though!) but if it gets too much for her then I would have to put her in nursery. How old is your DS? Wot agy you with?

Colinfirth · 20/11/2006 10:54

Hello mrsratty - did your DD do that test shoot on Saturday? My son did go in the end and I wondered what you made of it (we were in the last photo at 3).

julie4travel · 20/11/2006 11:04

lolly - i bet the calls start coming in soon. we had nothing for ages and now the phone seems to have started calling. which makes a nice change.

Lolly68 · 20/11/2006 11:14

Julie - I know it may take a bit of time. I have to be patient.

ellesmum · 20/11/2006 11:18

morning all, i finally have my flat to myself again without all the decorators in, and kitchen looks lovely!

good luck to everyone who has castings or jobs this week.

lolly - hope your phone starts ringing for the georgeous lydia, sure it will very soon! when shes 3 she will then be able to go into the kids model book and will then be on their website.

julie - hope your ds gets the ted baker casting!

julie4travel · 20/11/2006 11:19

tigerryuan - fingers crossed you get the call back- do you know what its for, lovely a job without a casting!

julie4travel · 20/11/2006 11:20

tigeryuan · 20/11/2006 11:24

ellesmum · 20/11/2006 11:36

mrsratty · 20/11/2006 12:20

Morning all,

Colinfirth - the shoot was great really extravagent, not at all what I expected. DD was Queen, what was your son?

OP posts:
littlemadam · 20/11/2006 12:53

Mrsratty, did you get home OK? It was lovely to see you and your family! I can't wait to see the pic, DS has almost recovered from his bad hair day
Colinfirth, was your shot the far end?? (have you changed your name???) How old is your DS?

mrsratty · 20/11/2006 13:00

littlemadam, the tubes were really packed, loads of football fans getting off at Fulham! It was really lovely to see you too, I'm still surprised at how fab the shoot was. DD had been eating sweets and had some stuck in her teeth, was worried she was developing at nervous tic when being photographed!! I'm sure they will work together again as they did so well.

Hi mrsratty, not sure what Ds was - looked very cute in sort of straw hat and jacket and tie. I was a bit disturbed by the shoot to be honest - there were some pubescent kids who seemed to me to be being presented in a rather sexualised way
