Bee, I'll drive down on Saturday late afternoon and stay in a hotel near the airport. We will probably stay in London for a couple of days travelling back home on Tuesday afternoon.

Appointment number 2 for the week completed. My chemo nurse told me she had been delighted to see I was her first patient of the day. It's been ages since she had been my nurse. Being the holiday season it was quite quiet in the unit so we had lots of time to chat and catch up. I was there for 5 hours as my Kadcyla didn't come up from the pharmacy until 12:30. It was a bit of enforced R&R so I took advantage by having a nice long nap.

Now I just need EVERYONE to generate vibes to keep any nasty chemo reactions away! Nothing is allowed to affect my fortnight with ZombieLad.

There's a new M&S Foodhall and Cafe on the same estate as Sainsbos so I had a coffee and a divine slice of lemon drizzle cake before picking up blueberries, strawberries, avacados and sourdough bread. Oh... A pack of (maple syrup and pecan) cookies may also have become involved.

Now it's time to change the litter trays (boak) and get the black bin and recycling boxes down to the road for tomorrow morning.
