Evening all.

Yes, I'm still here.

Nothing really to report about Sunday and Monday. I slept a lot (recovering from Saturday).

Tuesday I was up early blitzing the lounge and kitchen. I'm quite impressed with what I accomplished. The reason for the flurry of activity was that my Hospice Clinical Nurse Specialist was coming to meet me. As this visit was basicially a get to know me session there were a LOT of questions to answer - medical history, assessment of what support I have and what support I need, emotional assessment, etc. Thankfully at the moment there's nothing I really need. There is something I want though. I have access to complementary therapies like massage, reiki and indian head massage. Looking forward to taking advantage of those.

I was up early again today to put the bin and recycling boxes out. Then I napped. And napped.

We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Lots of sleep is good, you're obviously just going with what you need to do.
And then up with energy yesterday, that's great.

Glad you've been able to get some sleep Zombie - I admire your energy. Enjoy the reiki & massage. DH got me one of those shiatsu massage chair things for my birthday last week - it's soooooo good.

I have been to a chilli festival and thus is what I have bought for my brother !!

Hahah they also had one called " dogs bollocks " . My dh tasted both ! The one I got for my brother is very very hot ! I have never seen so many different chilli.s , personally I don't like any at all. First time I have been to this festival, it was good with lots of stalls, a stage where different bands played music, falconry, was a lovely afternoon. I have got a jar of lemon curd chilli, which the man on the stall gave me after dh agreed to try the hottest one on his stall !! I don't think I will be able to wait to give it to him, the name makes me chuckle !
